Outside of work, Adrian has a strong passion for sports and mentorship, shaped by playing university basketball at both Queen's University and Lakehead University, as well as coaching competitive basketball — experiences that instilled the values of discipline, teamwork, leadership, and perseverance that continue to guide his day-to-day approach with clients.
