Simon has a strong passion for cycling and makes a point of carving out time to ride whenever he can. Each year, he travels to places like New Brunswick and Europe to spend time cycling, with Vietnam on his list of future destinations.

He also enjoys spending time on the farm, especially with his grandchildren — often taking them along for tractor rides and involving them in small tasks along the way.
